It might be easier to photograph inspiration if I knew what it was.
Inspiration is both divine and mundane. It strikes from the outside but wells up from within.
In fact, inspiration is like a chemical reaction when the world and spirit meet. At that juncture, we form a new substance bonded from observation and interpretation.
If it stabilises, it begins to influence all things around it.
If it fails to stabilise, it falls apart … but it is never gone entirely.
Inspiration doesn’t come from any direction. It flashes into view when you’re paying attention inside and out, forged from the union of both.
