Living each day much muchier

What it means to live

One has made at least a start on discovering
the meaning of human life when one plants trees
under which one knows full well he or she will never sit.

D. Elton Trueblood

I think this refers to more than our finite existence in time and the investment made into children / infrastructure / or a social economy.

It hints at what it means to really live … through giving freely, investing in each other’s lives regardless of whether we will share in the result.
