Living each day much muchier

Freak out and break stuff

Everyone struggles to guard their heart from breaking,
when they should desire to have a heart that breaks.
John Geddes

break stuff

My oldest friend made this necklace for me because I love the phrase.

I wear it as a prompt.

I don’t need to keep calm and carry on.  I play it safe all the time.

I need come alive. I want to freak out and risk breaking stuff.

Talk to people.  Smile at them.  Hug them. Take up invitations.  Give invitations.  Catch someone’s gaze. Flirt a little. Tell the truth. Wink. Open up.

It’s time to be a little daring.
