Personal energy is an investment. It’s true. They say you need to spend money to make money and the same goes for energy levels. You need to spend energy to feel energetic.
You can waste it on things that wear you down or you can build strength and endurance.Spend your energy wisely though.
Physical energy. Emotional energy. Spiritual energy. They work the same way.
They’re also not separate from each other. They’re part of a whole.
Drain one and it will impact on the others. Be lazy in one and it will limit the others. Build one and feel it flow into other areas of your life. Borrow between them. Feel out their boundaries. Push them.
Invest in your energy.
